5 The 360-day limited warranty only covers non-human-factor-caused failures and damages of the product itself. During this period, consumers can enjoy free consultation services, remote assistance, repair services or replacement services. The specific service type will be determined by the official after-sales service. Human-factor failures and damages are excluded.

7 In a local area network environment, users should pay attention to the security of the network environment and try to avoid the existence of viruses. No networked device can be 100% guaranteed to be immune from virus configuration modifications or hacker intrusions. In addition, users should properly keep their encrypted files and device passwords. Passwords should not be set to be very short, easy to guess, or saved in obvious or unsecured paths.
8 We recommend you use the Wi-Fi module we provide for free. The USB interface does not guarantee support for all Wi-Fi transceiver modules or RJ45 adapters. The USB interface has limited support for some single RJ45 converters and does not guarantee support for USB-hubs.
